After order is placed please allow 3-5 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email. Generally shipping takes about 2-3 days. For all sale orders please allow up to 7-10 business days max. Generally orders will be shipped and received sooner than the time frames above. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only shipped to the address provided via provided After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday.
return & exchange policy
DUE TO COVID-19 no exchanges or returns are accepted unless item is defected until further notice!
Our mink eyelashes are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding Covid-19. NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at Truehearts2inc@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn.
If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.
