Only cancellations before we ship your order will receive a full refund. We provide Priority Shipping within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Acknowledgement of your order will be immediately sent via email once you complete your cancellation. Should you change your mind or choose to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at Truehearts2inc@gmail.com and we will respond to your request with promptness to insure that the cancelled order does not ship and is fully refunded. We will contact you immediately if there is a delay or if the item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you to discuss your options.
